This platform is operated by the Developer Studio scriptlabs.de. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of our technologies and services, including the website(s), APIs and all associated tools, features and functionalities (collectively the "Platform").

By using the platform, you confirm that you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

scriptlabs.de provides an information platform for digital assets and modern web technologies. We allow users to access market data, technical analysis and information about blockchain ecosystems.

Note: We are not a financial institution, not a broker and not a payment service provider. We do not perform financial transactions and have no control over your digital assets.

Personal Responsibility

The use of certain functions may require connection to a blockchain address or a third-party wallet. You are solely responsible for the security of your access data and wallets.

Age Restriction

Use of the platform is permitted for persons aged 18 and over. Minors may only use the services under supervision and with the consent of their legal representatives.

All content on the platform, including text, graphics, logos and software code, is the intellectual property of scriptlabs.de or the respective licensors.

We grant you a simple, non-transferable license to use the platform for private, non-commercial purposes.

When using the platform, the following is prohibited:

• Automated queries (scraping) without our express permission.
• Manipulation of data or attempts to interfere with the infrastructure.
• Distribution of illegal or harmful content.
• Use of the platform for fraudulent activities.

If we provide APIs or developer tools, these are subject to separate provisions. Commercial use is not permitted without a written agreement. In the case of permitted use, scriptlabs.de must always be named as the source.

Parts of the content provided on the platform, in particular news articles, summaries, analyses and technical descriptions, may have been created in whole or in part using artificial intelligence (AI).

This content serves to support and inform users. We strive for high quality and accuracy, but point out that AI systems can make mistakes. The final responsibility for the evaluation and use of this information lies with the user.

The platform is provided "as is". We assume no guarantee for the constant availability or the absolute error-freedom of the data provided.

The liability of scriptlabs.de is limited to intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, liability is completely excluded, provided there is no injury to life, body or health.

We reserve the right to change or discontinue the platform or parts thereof at any time. These terms can also be updated to reflect legal or technical changes.

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Should individual provisions be ineffective, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
